1. Don’t miss the Uptown Art Fair in Minneapolis, August 5, Noon – 8 p.m., August 6, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. and August 7, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. located on Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue and the “The Mall” in Southwest Minneapolis, FREE admission. See talented works from over 350 artists from around the world, enjoy live music, visit the Family Imagination Station to build a clay masterpiece or witness one of the culinary arts competitions.
2. Rock on at the 13th Annual Pizza Luce Block Party, August 6, noon – 10 p.m., North 4th Street in Minneapolis outside the Pizza Luce downtown location, FREE admission. Listen to FREE music while pizza, brats, vegan brats, ice cream and beverages will be on hand.
3. Minnesota’s Fringe Festival and Summer Theater Crawl starts up this week on August 4 and runs through August 14.  Events will take place in Uptown, Northeast and the West Bank. Click here for this year’s full schedule. 4. If you like the Amazing Race you will like the Amazing Park Race at William O’Brien State Park located in Marine on the St. Croix on August 6, 1-3 p.m. in celebration of the Park’s 125th Anniversary. 5. Take in an entertaining and breathtaking Water Ski show with the Ski Otter’s in White Bear Lake, August 7, 6 p.m. on Little Goose Lake or with the Twin Cities River Rats on August 4 at 7 p.m. on the Mississippi River, 1758 West River Road North in Minneapolis.
6.  Get in a FREE workout at the Mall of America’s LiveWell Expo, Sunday, Augusts 7, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the Rotunda. Guests are invited to participate in free fitness classes and visit tenant booths for healthy products, free samples and giveaways. Additionally, Jill May, winner of NBC’s “STRONG,” will be on site to meet fans and lead a high intensity working.

10. Take a break from biking the New Brown’s Creek State Trail in Stillwater to enjoy FREE Music on the Meadow at the Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter, August 7, 3-6 p.m. Located just a hop, skip and jump from the new trail, relax outside at the Gasthaus while listening to music before biking back down the trail to Stillwater.
