We're seeking a Frontend Developer to scale SMILE (Stanford Mobile Inquiry-based Learning Environment), an inquiry-based learning platform empowering over 30,000 K-12 students and teachers worldwide.

Led by Dr. Paul Kim, former Associate Dean of the Stanford University Graduate School of Education, and part of the Seeds of Empowerment initiative, this project focuses on scaling a next-generation AI-driven Educational Platform to enhance global learning.

Are proficient in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS/Tailwind methodologies.

Preferred : Next.js (App Router), Component libraries (shadcn/ui, Radix), Testing (Vitest, Playwright, etc.), i18n, Accessibility Have a sharp "UI eye" and can spot spacing, alignment, and consistency issues naturally. Are highly self-directed and can turn raw feedback into concrete fixes in a fast-moving environment.
